  • A: We give our best price right up front. If the price isn’t right for you we will send back your items with no charge to you.

  • A: You can accept payment through check, direct deposit to your bank, or PayPal.

  • Q: How can I be sure my items will arrive safely?
  • A: We use insurance through our shipping partners to guarantee the safety of your items, and if anything were to happen along route, insurance would cover it and you would be reimbursed.

  • Q: What things do you buy?
  • A: Here is a list of the basic things we buy with a link to a more in depth list at the end. Solid gold jewelry, coins and bars; Sterling silver jewelry, flatware and tea sets.   • Q: What do you not buy?
  • A: We do not buy anything silver or gold PLATED as the amount of precious metals is more expensive to get off than its worth. We also do not buy any: electronics, musical instruments, designer clothing or catalytic converters. A full list is here.

  • A: No we do not do loans and any sales are final and we do not sell items back, make sure anything you agree to sell you are comfortable parting with.
